As we edge closer to 10 years as Australia’s largest family owned and operated independent supermarket, we are thrilled to announce the introduction of the new LaManna Rewards Program.

In the meantime, if you’re a current loyalty member, don’t worry, all points are still valid until June 30th. And as an incentive, you are now able to redeem any points on your account balance over 1000 on your next shop. This is our little way of saying thank you for your support.
From July 1st, we will be rolling out the New Rewards Program which we encourage you to join and be a part of.
From this date, you will be able to sign up either online or in store - no forms, no wait, no worries! You will get a new card (if you want one) and can fill in your details on your phone, it's as easy as that.

If you have 1000 or more points, you can now redeem them on your next shop. We have dropped the limit to allow people to take advantage of the process. However, remaining points will expire as of June 30 to allow the new LaManna Rewards Program to take place.
On your next shop, you can simply ask a staff member to check when you scan your card at the register. You will also find your total remaining point listed on the bottom of your LaManna receipts.
Yes. We do encourage signing up online and the use of the Stocard or other mobile apps to help reduce the use of plastic cards. However, if you would like a card, or if you have misplaced your card, our friendly staff in store at the service desk will provide one.
We have a range of exciting new benefits as part of our Rewards Program. As a member, you will automatically be eligible for our prize draws and giveaways. You will also receive members’ only promotions. A list of benefits will be available in the coming weeks as we roll out our new Rewards Program.
Our new Rewards Program is part of our new POS system which will help benefit customers when shopping around all departments, including the café and patisserie. Also, as this is a new Rewards Program, each customer will need to review the T&C’s as part of this new program.
Due to the impact of COVID-19 and our current store changes, Kids Club is currently inactive. However, a new and improved Kids Club will be returning at a later date. In the meantime, you may join the mailing list to receive information or promotions related to Kids Club.
Don’t worry, you can still accumulate points up until June 30th. If you join the New Rewards Program, there will be plenty of promotions, giveaways and benefits to take advantage of.
Your 10 digit phone number will used as your ‘easy to remember’ ID# at registers in case you misplace your card when you shop. It will also be used in store to trigger your signup process, which will be done via your phone.
If you would like to be informed and up to date with all our latest promotions and benefits, you have the option to be notified by email. However, if you would prefer to receive fewer emails, at any stage you may subscribe/unsubscribe from any of our mailing lists. We will however send important notifications regarding any changes to your account if deemed necessary.
