Use to marinate pork shoulder before slow cooking in stock and fresh orange juice, once cooked shred with two forks and stuff into tacos, burritos or quesadillas. Sprinkle over minced meat and finely chopped onions, stir fry until cooked, adding a touch of water if needed - use for tacos or nachos. Sprinkle onto cooked BBQ corn on the cob, brush with chipotle mayo and grated kefalograviera cheese to make Mexican street corn. Sprinkle over chicken ribs to make a spicy chicken snack.
