This Moroccan inspired spice blend that can be use in many ways. Use as a dry rub on any meat or fish. Mix with fresh lemon juice /olive oil to make a paste to spread over meat, fish or butterflied prawns. Mix with stock and make couscous or quinoa. Mix into soups and casseroles to add a wonderful depth of flavour. Sprinkle over chopped vegetable with a little olive oil before roasting. Gluten, dairy and preservative free.
