COVID-19 Safety & Health Update
Thank you again to our customers, we really appreciate all of the valuable feedback we have received, both the positive and the constructive advice given has not gone un-noticed. We understand that the need to work together to keep health and safety measures in place in relation to LaManna’s approach to the COVID-19 remains of the upmost importance. LaManna will always make decisions that we feel are in the best interest of our customers and our team members.
Although our decisions and opinions may differ, we respect everyone’s right to comment on our actions and behaviours. Your feedback is invaluable and will assist us with future decisions which we are consistently engaging in to the best of our ability.
The reasoning behind our introduction of gloves for customers was intended to provide you with an extra protective measure and to help raise awareness of the importance of keeping up with good hygiene during this challenging time, this was not intended as a complete solution or false barrier to any germs that may transfer. This was only intended as an extra safety precaution and a healthy reminder to us all to keep adhering to recent health and safety regulations.
Unfortunately, although we do not have the facilities at current to offer hand washing for customers as they enter and leave the store, but we also agree this is the most effective way to remove and kill any germs on the skin, so please keep up with this practice. Please be assured, that we have placed a number of sanitiser units around the store and continue to maintain the sanitising of our trolleys and departments throughout the day.
