Bee Cause Outback Honey is buttery and warm with luscious rich honey flavours. It is produced in vast unspoiled arid areas where low rainfall, dry deserts, wide-open spaces and a sense of the quiet serenity and beauty of nature is captured in every spoonful.
The mountains of Australia’s iconic Great Dividing Range are home to bees that collect nectar and pollen from trees in alpine and sub-alpine locations. Incredibly bees at high altitudes can have elevated attitudes – reported by beekeepers to sting more, maybe because of cooler temperatures. Our Bee Cause Mountain Honey is a deliciously full-flavoured honey with a bitey aftertaste.
Bee Cause River Honey is a medium to full-flavoured honey with a pleasant warm sweetness and mild aftertaste. Happy bees gather nectar and pollen from blossom laden eucalypts that rely on the lifeblood of the watercourses that make up Australia’s vast inland network of rivers, creeks and streams.
Bee Cause Bush Honey is the quintessential Australian eucalypt honey, clean, smooth and uncomplicated with a medium sweetness and mild aftertaste. It is produced in locations we all dream of disappearing to. Beautiful Australian bush with clean air and magnificent eucalypt trees.
Bee Cause Coastal Honey is a bright, clear, light amber to pale amber honey with a deliciously mild & delicate flavour. Salt air, a warm to hot coastal climate and breezes produce a deliciously delicate flavour which brings sunshine and nature to any occasion.
Red Gum Honey is a bright light amber to pale amber colour and has delicious aromas of sweet honey and the Australian bush after rain. It is full bodied and has a refreshing fruity eucalyptus flavour with a medium sweetness. Moderately quick to cystallise.
From the riverland of North East Victoria and Southern NSW. When we’re not relaxing by the river during summer, we’re out working the Red Gum honey flow. It’s hot work, but the bees love it and so do we. A medium toffee flavour that is ideal on crumpets, toast and with tea.
